RETURNS POLICY

14 Day Returns Policy applies to refunds or exchanges of like for like products and on condition the item is unused and in original packaging.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED ONCE MANUFACTURED UNLESS IN EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE SAFEHANDS AGREES WITH THE RETURN.

If items are not in a condition deemed acceptable for return or exchange, SAFEHANDS reserves the right to decline such requests. Customers are responsible for costs of returning the item unless otherwise agreed by SAFEHANDS.

All returns will be assessed to determine items have been returned with VALID reason.

This policy covers faults in manufacturing and NOT normal, reasonable wear and tear.
